It is good to hear of your major progress, mokey, through both the vision therapy, and the prism lenses allowing you to now comfortably work a bit on computer. Congratulations.
Have you encountered any difficulties in adapting/adjusting to the prism lenses?
I ask because I was one year ago Rxd prism lenses by the neuro-ophthalmologist to whom I was referred. I have not yet been able to have the rxd eyeglasses made, because I still have not a way to afford them.
Just wondering if you found there was any sort of adjustment period to feel comfortable with the prism lenses?
Thanks, mokey.

Hi Theta,
It took me about a month to adapt (headaches etc.) and now it is fine. Mine lenses (reading and distance ) cost 140 each (i used old frames). I now need computer distance ones

but should be grateful that I can now use computer!
My neuro opth. Also prescribed blue blocker tint at 10%, because blue light is the most complex in the spectrum for the brain to deal wi, and blocking a bit out frees up the brain to do other things. If you can afford it, i hope you give it a try. Hang in there!
