Thanks Nancy - improvement for me has been slow and some times difficult to perceive. This may be in part due to my job (I'm 35 and in IT Sales - which is fairly pressured) and a lack of proper medical advice.

I have tried to maintain a positive apporach throughout - which I understand is key (sometimes easier said than done). However this has been particularly difficult when I have had little effective medical advice (hence my scouring the web and finding this site - I'm from the UK if you hadn't already guessed)
