I had one such episode while riding my horse. I am sure that I had over exerted myself, and I forgot my mestinon. It didn't work out too well. I was totally paralyzed and stopped breathing. I didn't feel scared. Just puzzled.

The nice thing about being a bit too fat. When I hit the dirt, I was well padded............

I am really careful now to take my mestinon before doing anything that is potentially dangerous.
