Bless your heart. It's awful when things get so stressful and we have no one to share it with or to get comfort from.

Ginnie is right. Sometimes taking a warm bath or shower helps. Reading a good book is also good. I like to crochet, and that helps me calm down. I also used to play the organ, but it needs repair right now darn it, so I can't use that for comfort. If you have a CD of a particular movie that warms your heart, watch that. That helps me. And as Ginnie suggested, prayer always helps. I don't actually "pray" as such -- I have a TALK with God. Saying actual prayers doesn't quite get it with me. I have to talk to God because I need to tell Him exactly what it is that's bothering me. I know that He already knows it, but it helps to "discuss" it with Him. So we have a talk. And I always feel better afterwards too!

I wish you the very best MissBliss. I know this is a hard time for you. If you'd like to talk, just PM me and I'll be happy to talk to you. I've been where you are and I know how it feels. Please take good care of yourself -- God bless. Hugs, Lee
