Tried twice. one with with a Neurologist and another time with Neuro-Otologist. Thought it was a joke Did nothing.

But is worth a try if crystals in the ear were displaced, this Manuever can put it back and no harm in trying. If that is the case you will feel a big relief from vertigo.
