I am on PEI actually, we frenquently have to go out of province to access certain type of medical professions.

I started my easeback as 3 x 4hr days and slowly increasing from there. I find that meetings/teleconferences are the most difficult which are frequent in my role.

I am using F.Lux to soften the screens and the incadescent bulbs make a huge difference in my ability to use PC screens for extended periods. Our building is mostly fluorescent lights. The other is perhaps like you when on an interesting project I lose track of time and forget my breaks, so I have workrave to force those on me. Although, feel like a NewB, much changes in the span of a year.
