I'm not on Pred but Maurice is right about what it does to the bones. And cartilage. What has your doctor said about all this?

Did they take x-rays to determine what's going on?

Some people have MG and a connective tissue disease. If you show any other signs of one, you might want to consult with a rheumatologist.

Also, Pred is an anti-prostaglandin. You may want to think about adding good omega's (promoting good prostaglandins) into your diet, like olive oil, flax, etc.

I hope you can figure it out and find some relief.
