I sure hear how worried you are. My opinion is just that, an opinion. I would not take prednizone for all the tea in china. If my life was in jeopardy, such as swelling of lips, tounge, throat, then I would agree, I am alergic to bee stings. However, the drug in general is really hard on a person. I also had to take it for a trial study in the 80's for an auto immune responce that got out of hand. Please ask your doc. if there is anything else you can do. I will keep you in my prayers. ginnie
