I had already answered that question for you but maybe it got lost in a thread.
They do a blood test of all your immunoglobulins (i.e., IgA, IgE, IgG, etc.) to see what your levels are. You had said that you might've seen that on a screen in the hospital and that you thought it looked flagged as abnormal. To which I said, "GET YOUR RECORDS!"
It's a relatively expensive test, so you might want to get your records first, which should be free.
If you want more of a "background check" of your immunology, you should go see an immunologist!
