I'm currently taking 10 mg daily of aricept/donepezil for help with executive function related to my adhd. it's possible that it's increasing my irritability, but I have noticed some cognitive changes for the positive. It doesn't make me any more interested in cleaning the house or taking out the trash though. It seems to help my working memory - like I can remember a 5 digit number for the 5 seconds it takes to switch screens and enter it, whereas I couldn't keep a number in my head that long before I started taking it. And I do better on word-finds - which is random.
