I did make it to the gym last night. Lifted a few weights walked on a treadmill for 25 minutes then a stair masters for 5 minutes, took a much needed hot shower and carefully drove home, I was so tired. Laid down as soon as I got home and took a short nap then watched x files then went to bed at midnight.
It is a start.

It has been 80 days! 31 days left to new years eve!

I am working a bit tomorrow and going out of town to a small festival to hear music tomorrow night and then on sunday evening a christmas gathering fundraiser. jeff is playing and received 2 free tickets. I am taking my best friend. Her husband is home from off shore working so he will look after their 6 year old daughter and she gets a night out with me! Actually only a couple of hours...There will be food and wine for her, I will pick her up so she can drink. We get to tour 3 decorated homes with singers and live music in each house. a trolley will take us to each house. It will be fun! I am so glad that she gets to go with me!!!!!!

The weather has been so mild for this time of year....really been nice! supposed to be 75 tomorrow!
