i took too much magnesium again and fortunately this time i vomittted a few horus later. so grateful!! during this time, unlike last time, i did not notice a huge difference in pain levels..which is good, i think i have more magnesium now or the pt is working./healing.either way.

lazy notes on whats helped me:
overall

magnesium (making sure i have normal bowel movements, otherwise it will not be absorbed..too lose bad, constipated bad)
keeping blood sugar stable (but eating SOME carbs otherwise that causes constipation)
core strengthening

fixing
scalenes

soft collar neck brace (huge improvement)
palate expander for deep bite (huge improvement, eventually i will get tmj appliance after braces. i always had mild tmj but the whiplash sent me over the edge)
keeping chin slightly tucked in at ALL TIMES
this stretch, i do daily, amazing great stretch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiU1PCxuFyU
first rib mobilization with a towel, i only do this like once every 2 weeks or whenever i feel the need
keeping hips in neutral as much as possible, it's hard to explain but if i sit with them rotated forward i get subtle pain in my neck
strengthening for serratus anterior and learning to move arms without shrugging (before when i rested on my side my shoulder would just flop forward and up, since s.a. exercises it does not HOWEVER.......i am limited with the s.a. strengthening because when i activate it, my p minor starts to tighten up and i get a temporary "bp cuff in your arm pit feeling" which i believe is the heart of my problem.. p minor syndrome plus multiple stretch/compression issues in that area. not in the scalene first rib area)

fixing
p minor..

still workin on this
pushing my hand down on my boob and then straightening arms out in all directions helps but it's only temporary

levator pain

This is technically not tos but can feel like it....it means my shoulders are rotating downwardly too much and can refer awful pain up into my neck
