well we had the remand hearing yesterday, the hearing went well, but ss sent me to a medical exam in sept. and the report that doctor wrote was terrible for me. My lawyer and I did not see the report until just before the hearing. even though I ask for a copy to be sent to my doctor. first of all the exam did'nt even last 5 min. the dr never had any of my medical records, never new about my triple spinal fusion or the surgery before that, never ask about the medications I am taking. He did a very brief exam on me,, I told him I can't even tie my own shoes, or even walk for 10 min. without severe pain in my back and left leg. He stated in his report I could walk for up to four hours climb any amount of stairs, and CRAWL. I was at a lose for words when I saw this, how in the world can this guy determine this without all that imformation and mri reports and catscan reports and exrays, wich I have had many of them. Can I sue this mother****er????? Of course I have my doctor and a therapist who say the complete opposite, and my doctor has treated me since my injury in 2005. My lawyer told me when we went in that we have a case to win, it just depends on the judge, who according to my lawyer is the worst in the state, and he has denied my once already. I am very close to being done with it ALL......... I just can't get a break in life.
