You really should go to a pain management doctor who can try all SORTS of options for you. There are many options for pain relief in pain management. A pain management doctor is usually an anesthesiologist, so he knows about pain receptors, etc. He's been highly trained in that kind of thing. So that's your best option at this time, if you haven't been to one. They also use medications if other things don't work.
