After reading about the PCS treatment of of the MMTR protocol, it leaves me with the idea that your upper neck muscles and related tendons, ligaments and attachment points are the cause of your pain. Maybe bone spurs at the attachment points.....

It would be very difficult to image. Someone with good digital (fingers) skills may be able to track the source of your pain.

I just wish I knew how to direct you to help in the UK system.
