I miss my physical therapist who does advanced myofacial release. We would joke about how we would not feel better unless she left her finger prints in our muscles. I spent thousands of my own dollars on her care but we can no longer afford it. Our current health insurance has a high co-pay for PT so we have to do without.

I can just imagine the feeling of normal that comes after a good treatment.
