When you first "land" at this forum and on the very first screen, at the right hand edge there is a link titled "Search this forum". It is a beast to use because there is so much in the archives. But you do need to use it enough to get a feel for what has already been discussed, then post your new query on the "tail" of one of the existing threads that best pertains.
For example, I posted "mucuna" and got 250 independent threads. That is a lot of inventory so just pick the one that seems best and someone will chime in, I'm sure.
