I was surprised to find out that my activities were affecting me much more than I'd realized--but that there was a one- or two-day delay. In other words, a busy day on Monday will knock me out on Tuesday or Wednesday. I think for some MGers, it's even Thursday.

My symptoms too are variable and I believe I have delayed fatigue as well, but I have not been journaling so I can't go back and look at trends. I will start this today. My husband has been encouraging me to do this for a few months and bought me a nice journal that has everything from weather, weight, meds, activity, body functions and diet to track but I was resistant to using it. Thank you.
