She is encouraging me to take a different kind of omega 3's epa over dha in a 4:1 ratio. (1000mg total)They are a lot more expensive but she said they are what is needed for optimal brain health. I am going to look into that. right now I take only one capsule and it has 180mg of epa and 120mg of dha and 60mg of ala.(I know this is not enough) plus a flax seed oil capsule of 450mg of ala and other omegas. When I tried taking more of the regular fish oils it made my skin really oily. So I should take the more expensive concentrated brand. and just spend the money. I will look on amazon to see if I can find it cheaper there. an extra dollar a day is alot when I already take a lot of supplements. And of course I have full bottles of both my fish oil and flaxseed oil supplements! Maybe I don't need to take the flax seed oil?
(I just always have for some reason)

maybe the flaxseed oil is just to much oil for you with all the other oils,may be you should just use flaxseed not flaxseed oil,
