this time before your appt is a good time to try to learn about MS. don't go crazy and let it consume you. just do a little research to familiarize yourself.
jot down Q's you want to ask your dr.

also, start to get copies of test results and reports and keep a file on yourself. get copies of the discs from your mri's. if and when you see other drs it will help them.

try to take someone, friend or family, with you to the appt. an extra set of ears can help because it's common to tune things out when talking about a serious illness.
