You may have developed the added complication of Carpul tunnel syndrome. There is an area in the wrist that gets filled with fluid and causes numbness. But that is particularly bad at night. Google it.
If that does not cover your symptoms then I would suggest you have a lower neck problem. When I saw my physio for dizziness she asked if I suffered numbness or pain in my arms or hands that maybe radiated from the neck down.
