Would you mind sharing the stretches you were given for those of us who are eager to find good sound direction post-op? Thanks so much
I believe this is a key element in healing and recovering and has been far too often left out of the equation in recovery. I certainly don't want to end up right back where I was pre-op. This is the part that has been most frustrating to me. Thanks again for sharing
