Well it's quite a line up in the northeast recently - Unity Walk, followed immediately by AAN in Boston, followed immediately by Bios - again in Boston. Lots of good stuff - if you are wealthy.

I have become such a cynic, that in terms of finding a cure, I'm down to trusting only a few. There is a trend developing to find the cause first. If there were a series of mysterious fires; the cause would need to be discovered for them to stop - but the immediate job is to put out the flames and save lives. If you can't swallow, you choke.

When your survival is dependent upon the mastery of gene therapy, you look around and wish there was another life jacket to grab onto. We are instead being left to drown because it's not cost effective to rescue us.

They are selling this issue [go back to find the cause] at the AAN, and i don't disagree that we need to find the cause. I just don't think people should burn up while waiting.

Going to Bios next week......will relay interesting findings.
