AS far as pain goes have you talked to your doctor about marijuana? They make a THC pill you can take. My godmother had lupus AND Fibromyalgia. She was allergic to all pain meds including Tylenol and Ibuprofen. It might help if your aren't allergic to that as well! And by taking it in pill form you don't have to ruin your lungs! Just thought it might be worth a shot
