Thanks Biz....unfortunately I had an eating week and gained some back. The trick is to keep moving for me I guess. My shoulders are killing me from the shots and next week I go in for my second Radio Frequency Ablation. Its a painful procedure but the last one has kept me somewhat pain free for 8 months. I hope that now that I know what will happen it won't hurt so much.
I should redo the title to this thread....it is bright and sunny out now.... New England weather, gotta love it.
