By spending just a few minutes at a computer, a person can receive the medicine they need, free, or at minimal cost, thanks to the Partnership for Prescription Assistance (
www.pparx.org).
Ed Belkin with the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America says he's watched motorists do a u-turn in order to follow the famous orange bus, which spent Saturday in Lithonia, providing help to those who needed it.
The Partnership for Prescription Assistance bus has logged over 1,000,000 miles and visited all 50 states, helping 3.5 million Americans get access to prescription medication that is often beyond their financial reach.
