Ok, here we go: Centrum silver 1daily (I'm 63)
Vitamin C 1000 MG time released 2x daily
Vitamin E 400 IU 2x daily
Vitamin D3 2000 II 2x dailyCerefolin/Metanx(Major B vitamin complex prescription) 1x daily
Odorless garlic (garlique) 1x daily
Potassium &magnesium for leg cramps

And I take a peppermint oil for my tummy and manganese.
Plus Mestinon timespan 2x and 10mg 2x prednisone. So now I have the shingles. Goody.
I see Metanx in there.... you need to take that on an empty stomach, so the B12 can be absorbed normally.

Make sure your magnesium is NOT OXIDE form. This type remains in the bowel, and is not absorbed either, orally.
