I've used the Soothing Skin Balm and a Hand cream.

Neither one is a cure but they sure do help.

Here is a prescribed medicine that I also use.... it works really well!!!
its... Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream USP 1%/0.05%
if you need any more information on this let me know... I will try to read it off the tube....the print is very small.
