Curcumin and grapeseed extract are about the best.

You have to get bioavailable curcumin because it is not absorbed well. Curcugel 500 is one brand, and LongVida is another.

Any grapeseed extract will do, from a good company. 200mg a day of that helps inflammation alot.

Vitamin C also. 500mg to 1000mg a day. (Ester C is easier to tolerate.)

These are starting points.
Fish oil or krill oil also are good. If you don't eat fish, then you need to supplement with one of those. 3 fish oil a day or 2 krill to start.
