I am so sorry. Do you have earplugs? I don't like to sleep with them, but i do for cases like yours. Although i suppose if you have little kiddies one might not want to do that. Heck. Well just a thought. Also different kinds of plugs, or just inserting them looser or tighter will have smaller and greater effects... something perhaps to experiment with.

I'm surprised about the end of the world parties. here we are getting it on the news, but nobody is doing wild stuff or having parties.

Yuck-O about the tractor just when you thought you could rest. As a frequent day-sleeper, my personal nemeses are hedge-trimmers and leafblowers. Even good earplugs only muffle those (better than nothing, but).

I am glad you vented. I hope you manage to get some rest by hook or by crook. I am having this little head thing like... i hope your neighbor's tractor has a mechanical problem heehee. bad waves, bad bad waves... LOL!!!
