MiaVita,

I was most greatly helped post-injury (after 2 yrs PCS) with my own balance issues by a form of dance therapy, Nia:
NIA (pronounced NEE-ah) stands for "neuromuscular integrative action";
previously known in the early-1980s as "non-impact aerobics".

All the best to you in your recovery.

Each and every day I am better and better. I affirm and give thanks that it is so. // 2014-This was still true for me last year, I truly felt this a year ago. Unfortunately it holds no meaning for me now. Odd, it was the Theta mantra for years. Change change change.
