Sounds like you may have tweeked your neck. Ice it frequently until you can get it checked out.
Any time you have nerve symptoms in your arm(s) or hand(s), ice your upper neck. Sometimes, you even need to ice between the base of your neck and between your shoulders.
I have live with chronic issues like this for years. When it flares up, I ice and usually resolve the problem.
