I know its hard, but be strong and hope it gets better I just had my year anniversary for back fusion S1,L5,L4 7 titanium screws and a plate, 3 plastic discs. You need to start moving around and walking. Also mild streches. Every day is a struggle, but at least were walking. I have bad neuropathy down both legs. My only obstacle is myself. I still take Norco and baclofen off and on, but "baby steps." You may want to try LYRICA later if it doesn't subside. Good Luck
