Vit D3 and K2
And thank you for bringing the need for Vitamin K2 administration with D3 to my attention. I remembered high dose Vit D could result in kidney stones, that Vit D mobilized Calcium leading to these stones, though I did not know Vit K2 would help prevent this. My husband developed kidney stones after taking a second dose of 50,000IU of Vit D3. He continues to take a much smaller dose of 2,000IU/day. I will now add Vit K2 thanks to your post. madelyn
