Default Newbie Here. ALJ Hearing In January

Hello, will try to make this as short as possible.
I am 25 will be 26 in August. I have had some health issues throughout life and they are getting worse around 22. I have been diagnosed with: a rare genetic connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome(I have classical type I), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome which cause my heart rate to high while sitting, standing, walking also cause fainting. I have ddd in L-1 through S-5, scoilosis, mild lumbar spine narrowing, and disc displacement in my lumbar and thoratic spine. Sleep apnea, insomnia, TMJ,GERD, Edema, High blood pressure, Fibromyalgia, Hiatal hernia, IBS, and intersital cysitsis(bladder issues) I think that's all...lol. I have tons of medical records but I was denied twice. After waiting a year and a half I finally got my court date on January 28th. I am excited yet very nervous. I know my age will be used against me and Mississippi is one of the hardest states to get approved in. Any information would be appreciated.
