This post really resonates with me.


I'm not in good shape today. Again. As always lately. I find the acceptance of this condition the biggest challenge. I had no idea this was coming for me, a life overhaul in 2012. First my partner's heart attack at age 44... Then my concussion that I truly never thought would be so awful.


But there is hope, there is the realization that many people would trade their problems for mine which seem small in comparison. Post-cardiac and post-concussion "us" will be glad to see 2013! It's a blessing in its own right. Right?
