Almost everything changed for me Sept.11. My kids stayed the same at least! But my life did not. Very tough, isn't it? Wishing all lots of good (speedier!!!) progress for 2013.

Last night (nye) I said to my kids that it had been quite a bad year (my injury, a few deaths in the family, etc.), my 11 son said 'but mum, there's been more good than bad'! So true when we look at the big picture. But oh do we suffer!!!!

Woke up with a massive hangover - no party, no drinking, no visitors, just a very quiet night as usual!

When I try to explain to people how this feels, I tell them to imagine their worst hangover (headache, spinning, unable to focus or move, light sensitivity, etc.), and then to imagine it goes on 24/7 for 16 months and counting
