Hi Candie I was in the same boat as you till I found very highly specialised therapists since Aug 2012. They are CFMT's trained at the Institute of Physical Art. If you go to their website
www.instituteofphysicalart.com there are atleast two in Philly that I can see. Scroll down to PA. I highly recommend them. Please don't lose hope, I have been through the frustration and tears.
