They should stop the Bullying problem,without making anymore new laws. If they keep making laws,we'll all go to jail. lol

I don't know how they can deal with this very real problem. So the bully hurts the victim in a way that results in a physical,and mental problem,that hurts them as they age. This is not good. BF
