Hello Mcsisters and welcome to our community.
Managing stress in this world of ours is an important and beneficial way to promote health and well being; especially when dealing with diseases like MS that seem to be amplified by stress.
How one does that seems to be as individual as the manifestation of MS and I'm happy that you are taking steps to explore your options in that respect.
For me, voluntarily taking time off work to rest was difficult at first, but when the body just couldn't do the work required, it became a necessity at times...and the frustration that goes with that reality can become its own stress.
Finding things to do that don't tax the body when one is used to working but can't, helps to manage that secondary stress.
Please keep us posted on how things are going for you.
With love, Erika
