It is kind of like the chicken or the egg thing, what came first.
the muscle tightness affecting a nerve or vascular?
or the nerves/ vascular affecting the muscles..?

After awhile it becomes a circle of cause & effect..
then it usually becomes chronic myofascial issues even if you manage to get the worst of the TOS problems resolved...
