My life was always bread and rolls...they were always on the table growing up. I didnt see how much I was eating till I had talked to a med student. He told me that the carbs might be making the burn in my feet worse along with several of my other bad habbits. And he was right. I am still trying to keep it under 30 carbs a day. I am going to try a new no carb bread recipe this weekend made with flax seed
