My overall well being is much better when I gave up bad carbs and stick to 30g a day.
However as with all things some people do not do well on it. My friend tried it and simply could not do it, eating so much protein made her feel ill all the time. Her body chemistry just didn't like it.
For me, I feel great getting rid of all the sugar and extra bad carbs.
