Hi sd 38 --I see you got xray of neck-- have you had a MRI?? Xrays wont show herinations. I had xray wasted my time doc said minor problems yada yada--I was in major pain--so finally got mri and had 4 disc pressing spinal cord and had to have acdf. Most of pain was in neck,shoulder scapular....but i also had fingers going numb in the start of it and eventually before I had surgery lost function of right arm which now is back.
