Haven't posted in a long time.

First, thanks to Mark for the tip on combining aspirin and acetaminophen.

The other thing that works for me on this stiff neck is applying a Salonpas patch to the center of the spasming neck muscle. Thanks to MrsD on the chronic pain forums for that one.

Ice was always problematic for me so that's how I get around the neck stuff.
