Default Hi new here but not new to this TOS

Hi
I was diagnosed with tos due to cervical ribs 11 years ago i had my left cervical rib and 1st rib removed. It didnt go well at all and i ended up with a brachil plexus injury due to medical negligance, my arm has never been the same since i do have use of it now after years of physio and pig headedness. The nerve damage is a challenge but i have had to get on with it, for the last 6 months ive been waking up 4/5 times a night with pins and needles or cramp in both my hands. I will never get used to this so i went to gp got put back on all the nasty meds and started physio it turns out that my cervical rib that was removed is back and the one on the right has grown im in the middle of finding a surgeon (in london). Is there a (bupa) surgeon that anyone would suggest. Is surgery the only treatment and Are there any questions i need to ask when considering having the op again.
Many Thanks
