Adam, sorry you are feeling worse. My swallowing symptoms were at their worse last summer. I am feeling and eating better with the cooler weather.

I have switched away from meat and eat baked fish alot. It flakes so you don't have to chew too much and is easy to swallow. I over-cook all my veggies so they are mushy and they go down well. I also eat alot of mashed potatoes, overcooked and cut up egg noodles and yogurt. If I eat meat, it is in a casarole type with gravy, veggies and noodles or potatoes, all over cook so it is very tender.

I eat semi-thick soups, The thin soup go down too fast and I cannot swallow fast enough and start to choke. And of course, don't forget my favorite treat of ice cream
