Do you know what your B12 actual level was in numbers?
Lab ranges in US are very low and are sadly still called "normal", so you should verify that you are over 400 which is the new actual low.

Most alcohol withdrawal patients do better on a vitamin regimen.
B1 esp is lost with heavy alcohol use. B-complex is usually a part of recovery.
