Default Pharyngeal Weakness, Mild Pharyngeal Dysphasia, Tongue Fasciculations?

Hello all. I posted a while back a very long, long post about my symptoms. Since then, I've had a slew of tests and have been diagnosed via swallow test with Mild Pharyngeal Dysphasia, Pharyngeal weakness, tongue fasciculations, and right lingual deviation.

I've got several more tests to go but want to ask: Does MS or MG ever cause tongue fasciculations?

Most of my past "signs" / symptoms go very well with MS, but I do not have lesions (except for one that "may be an artifact"), and I have not found tongue fasciculations listed anywhere with MS. Only ALS, and I just can't believe that I'd have ALS, as I've been sick for more than 3.5 years already and have "good" and "bad" days, which I read that ALS does not have, as it is progressive.

M.G. makes total sense, but does not encompass my gastric symptoms & bladder issues (yuck, sorry). Any ideas? Thank you so very much for any comments.
