I'm the same way, Marion. It's really bad if I see that sad commercial about abused animals. I simply cannot watch. I think it has alot to do with the music they play. I can't remember the last time I got really angry.....but I'm sure it had something to do with animals being abused.

I think it's just our systems being overwhelmed with emotion and us not knowing how to display it. But I'd rather cry when angry than lash out at whatever I'm angry with.....no tellin' what might happen then!
